Miller Thomson LLP has announced Ciaron Czajkowski’s appointment as a partner in the firm’s real estate transactions and leasing group in the Toronto office.
According to the firm's news release, with over a decade of experience, Czajkowski has advised clients on commercial real estate matters such as financing transactions, secured and unsecured lending, acquisitions and dispositions of various property types, and commercial leasing.
“Ciaron’s extensive knowledge and strategic approach to complex real estate transactions make her an excellent addition to our growing national team,” said Perry Katz and Daniel Mahler, co-leads of Miller Thomson’s real estate transactions and leasing group, in the news release.
Czajkowski has assisted clients with numerous real estate transactions across various sectors, including telecommunications, healthcare, real estate, food and beverages, and automotive.
“Her wealth of experience across multiple industries and jurisdictions will bring valuable insight to our clients and strengthen our bench,” Katz and Mahler said in the news release.
Czajkowski has helped domestic and international clients of multiple asset classes at different development stages as they deal with specific routine transactions and broad strategic decisions.
She is an active member of professional and industry organizations such as the Law Society of Ontario, Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Bar Association, Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), and NAIOP.
Czajkowski joined the Ontario bar in 2014. She earned her JD from the University of Windsor in 2013 and her BComm from Dalhousie University in 2007.

Czajkowski’s LinkedIn page provided more information on her professional background. Most recently, she was an associate at Stikeman Elliott LLP in Toronto from February 2018 to May 2025.
At McMillan LLP in Toronto, she worked as an associate from August 2014 to January 2018, a student-at-Law from August 2013 to June 2014, and a summer law student from May 2012 to August 2012.
Czajkowski served as a legal intern at BNY Mellon in London, UK, from July 2011 to September 2011.
