Moser started at McCarthy Tétrault, where she concentrated on medical malpractice litigation. In 2003, she became a provincial assistant Crown attorney.

Walters replaces Justice E.M. Morgan, who became a supernumerary judge on January 3. Morgan was based in Toronto; however, the chief justice filled Morgan’s vacancy with Justice K. Sah of the Family Court in London, creating the opening in the London – Family Court.
