LSUC expands use of interim suspensions

The Law Society of Upper Canada has increased the number of interlocutory suspensions it is using to protect the public from potential risk. Lawyers have criticized the expansion as draconian, but others have said it is a necessary tool to protect the public before investigations are complete.
